Searching the Ruins

The Light's grace is still with us! I dug around the library and was able to find something. A few rare books.

One of them mentioned the spirits of passions. Much of the volume had been gnawed by mice but, by the Light's mercy, the disgusting rodents left the most important part alone. I managed to make out the description of an ancient ritual! Perform it and you will be able to communicate with spirits. Soon we'll find out what's really going on here!

The ritual requires magical June tablets, though. The Junes practiced the now forgotten art of blood magic: they wrote incantations on tablets with blood. Back in the day I was quite interested in it...

Fortunately, there are June ruins everywhere, even in an out of the way place like Darkwater. So your path lies to the northeast where the forest opens up to a great altar. The Kudykin Altar. It's where you will find the tablets - we'll need four of them.

In the meantime, I'll go back to the library and try to find something about Valir's descendants. Together we'll find the truth about that White Knight!
