Visiting the Elves

Go to Tenebra and meet with Geoffroi de Desirae.

What a great invention this Adventurer's Stone is! And trust me, I've seen all sorts of magical items. Especially when it comes to Astral travel, portals, and the like. But this Stone is one the best things I've seen.

You can use these ruins here to get directly from Darkwater to Tenebra, the residence of the ruling Elven House de Desirae. You can even go visit their leaders if you want.

That reminds me, I heard that Geoffroi de Desirae, the guardian of this great house, was looking for an assistant. The Great Ball is coming up soon, so I'm sure he has plenty of things to get done.

The Great Ball? What are you talking about?! We've got enough to worry about here! I've got no time for parties!
