Find the Rigid Family and Vadim Shishkin on Pangol Isle and use the whistle to send a raven back with a report.

Introduction
We need updates on what's happening on the archipelago, but I don't have any hunters to spare. Most of them are still recuperating from that battle with demons.
We could really use your help in the matter, so how about it? We'll keep in touch via a homing raven. I'll give you this whistle to use when you complete the mission. The raven will come and deliver your message to me. I've deployed two scouts to Pangol Isle and I want to know what they're up to! I sure hope they didn't run into more of those creatures!
