Plunge

Let's put aside the possibility of an incident. Suppose they were attacked. But by whom?
Demons? A riot means genocide for them. It does not contribute to their goals, anyway. And I doubt that a bunch of renegade demons could make a big part of the expedition.
Demonologists? Who could benefit from the death of the whole expedition? We will have to check all members... Survivors, if there are any, are automatically under suspicion. Beware, Stormbringer.
Continue your descent. The solution is near.

Continue your descent. The solution is near.

Demon's movements are smooth and precise. You don't feel a direct threat, but his gestures betray not only an experienced sorcerer, but and experienced assassin.
I didn't expect to see you here, Stormbringer. Your Spark is shining in the dark too bright. I wonder if there is a way to dim it.
