Mitrofan Semidolin

I'm sure you'll get permission to go to Lab Thirteen. Once you get there, I have a mission for you. Find Mitrofan Semidolin - he's an agent of the City Council and he has special privileges and authority. In fact, he's the one responsible for the ideological control over the progress of these experiments.

Tell him that you'll be at his full disposal, and then follow whatever orders he gives you. And don't forget to visit me when you come back. I need to know what exactly happened at the lab. Remember, these orders are extremely important and I expect you to carry them out to the best of your ability!

So you're from Rysina? This is excellent! I'm sure you're a competent soldier, or you wouldn't have been given access to this lab at all. And competent helpers are just what we need!
