Shot in the Back

Ooh... Am I really alive? Cool! Cough, cough... I thought, this is it, the end!
Why the end? Because some treacherous bastard shot an arrow at my back, got it?! Almost croaked!
Anyway, we got hit pretty good. As soon as I came to life, everything was burning, smoking and crackling. I knew I had to hightail outta there before some beam came crashing on my head. So I got out and ran... I mean, for help. And then I spotted some fella behind those bushes looking at me. I motioned him to run... for help. But as soon as I turned, he shot me in the back... well... slightly below my back! I looked at my back and saw plumage. I only had time to grab the arrow and pull it out along with an arrowhead. And then dropped like an autumn leaf. Hurts, damn him!
But we, orcs, are a hearty race; it takes more than one arrow to bring us down, ha! As soon as I came round, I saw you...
Hey, have you seen the rat that shot me in the back? I'd shove that bow and quiver right in that bastard's throat! Ooh, just look where he shot me! I didn't even see clearly who it was. Maybe he wasn't even human at all. Hell knows who lives on this island!
Hey, go to the active commander and give him the remnants of this arrow. Maybe the two of you can figure out who was bold enough to hide behind the bushes with a bow and shoot Imperial soldiers in the back!

So, what is it? Sorry, I am too busy right now to talk. I need to tend to wounded.

What? Someone put an arrow into our bosun's haunch? Wow... And this is the arrow, as I understand? Familiar plumage...
You know, taiga owls, whose feather were used in this plumage, live only in Siveria. This means that someone from the League shot this arrow. Looks like my theory that the shipwreck somehow involves the League just got its first confirmation!
