Neurotoxin

Inflicts {V01} Poison damage every 3 seconds, randomly stacking the effect. When the target is affected by 8 stacks of Neurotoxin, the toxin will explode and inflict {V02} damage and stun the target for 3 seconds, making them unable to move or use abilities.
