When your charms are active, your Pendulum gains additional properties.
Additional charm effects:
Fire Charms: the Scout gains the Acceleration effect for 2 seconds.
Poison Charms: deals XX Poison damage to all enemies within 8 yards every second while this effect is active.
Frost Charms: the Scout removes a random negative magic effect from themselves.
