Additional charm effects:
Fire Charms: the Scout moves "Temporal Acceleration"faster for 2 seconds.
Poison Charms: all enemies within 8 yards take XX Poison damage every second while this effect is active.
Frost Charms: the Scout removes a random negative magic effect from themselves.
