A bright fragment of a summer star that fell on the sand of the Tropical Atoll.
Can be obtained by completing quests on the Tropical Atoll in August while under the Personal Star Dust Reserve effect. You can trade them for various goods from the local Waterfolk.
Can be traded for Seashells from Jack Cheap.
