The Beast picks a random target in the Aspect of Healing and applies a negative effect to them that reduces all outgoing healing by 95%. Dispelling the effect will cause the target to take damage equal to 90% of their maximum health.
If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 25% of its cost.If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 100% of its cost.
Guild item. Can be transferred only to guild members.
Will disappear if you leave the guild.
