Demonic Vortex

Once every 43.5 seconds, the Demon calls upon magic winds, forcing them to strike three random raid members. The gust knocks the target back, dealing damage and applying Armor Fracture to them which increases incoming damage by 25% for every level of the effect - up to 100%. The negative effect can be dispelled.
If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 25% of its cost.If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 100% of its cost.
Guild item. Can be transferred only to guild members.
Will disappear if you leave the guild.
