In case of colliding with an enemy while being accelerated, the shell's owner casts the "Burn" effect upon all opponents within the radius of 3 yards for 15 sec.
Damage dealt is not modified by effects that reduce or increase damage dealt by the character.
Consumes 15 energy charges. If there are not enough charges, it automatically consumes Mana Batteries.
Can be traded for 100 Design Packs or 100 Memory Modules.
Can be obtained from the Adaptive Shell Module or by converting the Finist Mystic Shell.
