Using offensive abilities grants the "Thunder Charge" effect to the shell's owner. After 10 effect levels have been accumulated, the next usage of an offensive ability will also release a powerful lightning charge at the target, which afflicts the target with the "Disorientation" effect for 2 sec., and the "Burn" effect for 10 sec.
The lightning may be released at most once every 60 sec.
Damage dealt is not modified by effects that reduce or increase damage dealt by the character.
Can be traded for200 Design Packs or 200 Memory Modules.
Can be obtained from the Adaptive Shell Augmentation or by converting the Finist Mystic Shell.
