Duel Is a Noble Business

Prevent duels between representatives of smaller races.

I've already issued a Decree that bans duels. I'm afraid it won't be enough! There are proud Aviaks that are very peculiar about the issues of honor. Although, maybe they just love to fight. I don't know. There's this ugly tradition of provoking fights after getting paid by the House. Aviaks fight lamias, Kobolds fight harpies, and so on.
They set a bad example for all other races. They involve elves in fights as well. We want you to patrol some popular dueling locations in the city. If you come across a duel, remind them about the royal decree again.
