Painting the Future

I spent many years painting the Galleon, decorating that exquisite combination of magic and technology! Unfortunately, their part in building the magnificent ship guarantees the House de Ardeur success during the next Great Game. But let them enjoy it, for we, the de Desirae, get to control it in return!

Well, that was the plan, but now all that beauty belongs to the darkness. Evil Elves have seized control of it and renamed it Darkblood Citadel.

I am sure we'll get the Galleon back eventually, but it won't happen by itself. We must... paint the future with our actions!

The mutants who have been attacking us didn't appear out of nowhere - they are the same rats, gargoyles, and spiders that have lived here for centuries. They are nothing but the enemies' twisted weapons and we must disarm them!

There are many rats around here that have not yet been infected by the darkness. They're normal now, but tomorrow they could fall under evil influences and attack us, just like the Elves from the Galleon. We must deprive them of the opportunity and make sure it doesn't happen. So, can you kill off a few of those rats?

I only have one color of paint now - red. And you are the brush that paints the future. A good future.

How is that painting entitled "All Rats Are Dead" coming along?

Excellent! We're now safe from the rats now and it's time to proceed to our next painting -"Getting the Galleon Back." I don't want to change the color of the paint just yet - let it be red once more.
