Story
I want to give you a little gift. Absolutely free, right!
If you're looking for some action, you should make sure to check in with any Free Traders you come across. Most of them need help in a place like this. But if you provide services to my fellows, please let them know you're Plu the Tightwad's partner, okay? Then ask for a note saying that they owe you for this or that.
When you bring the notes to me, I'll upgrade your weapon in exchange. The more you bring, the better they get! Deal? You help them, they help me, I help you - scratch my back, I'll scratch yours, as they say. That's what this brotherhood of Traders is about. So, are we good?
