Live Bait

We know that there's many cultists right here in Nezebgrad and we recently captured one of them. He's being held by the City Council in a magical field that prevents him from committing suicide.

We haven't learned much from interrogating him. From what we have determined he's only recently joined their ranks. That means he doesn't know much anyway. The most interesting thing that we've found out is that the cultists have a list of their enemies. The list is apparently quite long and even has your name on it.

Since the cultists want you dead that means you'll make excellent bait. I'll have the media make an urgent announcement that the Imperial Survivor has returned to the capital. We'll say you're making a pilgrimage to the memorial in Victory Park.

As soon as you get there the cultists should attack you. When they do our agents will come out of hiding and attack them. Our goal is to capture their leader. He'll definitely try to commit suicide, so use this paralyzer on him immediately. Then we can take him into custody!
