Dangerous Inheritance

Kill 14 Rusty Warriors in the Green Foothills and report to Che-Shi.

The Ancients left us an enormous inheritance. We'll never be able to understand most of it, even if ten thousand Tekyans labor over it for ten thousand years. But we did manage to figure out some things and even apply them.
I am the leading expert on the Ancients' technology in all of Tequatl. False modesty aside, I've managed to revive quite a few of their machines. Sometimes these discoveries were useful, but mostly they just confused us... Sometimes we even regretted them. And that's where we are now.
An entire army of war machines is buried in these hills. Some of them we were able to revive and dispatch to guard the borders of our lands from all kinds of pesky creatures. But those dolts roving the hills near along the river? I didn't revive them! It appears that we've accidentally roused a whole army. And the worst part is that they don't obey us!
These are highly efficient war machines we're talking here. If they ever decide to attack Tequatl, that's going to be the end of us. Help us! Break them back down!

So far the most dangerous thing we've found looked like a tea kettle. It killed over a dozen Tekyans and destroyed twice as many houses.

It's such a pity to break the Ancients' gifts. Of course, if these gifts decide to break us, that would be even more of a pity.
