Meet Screw the Brainy near the shore fortifications on the southern shore.

Ah, I almost forgot! The workers that rebuild the destroyed fortification on the shore asked me to send somebody to help them. Their commander is called Screw, or Nail, or something like that... I'm sorry, I'm way too busy to go there myself.
