Eliminate Sunchews and Stumpers near the base.

It looks like Elena wants to eliminate animals near the Penelope base. We should address this issue if we want to keep using the base, otherwise even the Strantlers' invasion will seem like a walk in the park. We must eliminate some of the creatures.
