Everyone lies... except me

We have long been watching and appraising you, {username}, so now is the time for cooperation. I represent the Special Corps.
Perhaps you are aware of the organizations like Nezeb's Committee and the Detective Bureau. There are others. Their purpose is control. But who will be controlling those who control? We will.
The Special Corps was created when Nezeb and Skrakan first met the messengers of Nihaz. It was considered back then that demons are also hailing from another world, so no one was asking questions about the appearance of creatures that were different but slightly more friendly. The servants of Nihaz are exceedingly numerous. Aliens are one of these. In their time they really did use their abilities to establish control over the politics of both the League and the Empire. But that was just the beginning...

Thus the Corps ended up classified...

The aliens must not learn of the fact that we've turned against them, {username}. We have managed to procure their vehicles and capture their agents. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that they have not infiltrated the government – they are skilled masters of disguise and mind magic, as well as extraordinary powerful psionicists. The hypno potential is up 5 runes. Anyone can be an alien in disguise!
