Alright, let me elaborate, {username}: Nihaz came to Sarnaut once, back when the Great Dragons, unable to deal with Junes, called on him. He realized what Sarn was able to create − the world of perfect destroyers, the creatures with boundless potential undreamed of by us, the creatures of Ossu.
Nihaz decided to find worthy disciples, and for that reason he put the Keys − shards of the Seals he used to fortify the prison of Sarn − into twelve towers, well in advance.
The most talented destroyers were supposed to find the Keys. And the first among these was Tep who has managed to find a Dark Shard in the tower of Gipat... Tep started his ascension to power, found Ur who would be his comrade...
When Tep and Ur realized that much had to be changed, they deposed the ruler of Hickut... His body was interred in this tomb.
