Replace 7 street posters near the concert venue with portraits of Yasker.

The next request has been filed: from Nezebgrad, no less! The Empire is vigilant! Of course, the capital of Xadaganians is looking leniently at certain things that are happening here, permitting us a degree of freedom, but that doesn't mean we have to fall into complete decadence and corruption like the League has! Moral fortitude must be maintained! Hence the order: remove all the obscene posters, replace them with the portraits of the Empire's leaders and the depictions of its people's feats of labor! Let's replace the ones closest to the concert venue, at least, and I'll write a report that we're, uh, fighting public displays of indecency!
