State Services: Lost wallet

The club's administrator suddenly realized that one of the patrons has lost a wallet. And instead of looking for the owner, he decided that it is your job to do, not his. You need to find the owner of this wallet – who is probably far from being thrilled about this situation, too. But who would that be? He doesn't know. You have to guess somehow. Am I looking like Negus Holmas the sleuth?
Anyway, here's this blasted wallet. Interview the folks, ask who had one like this, and give it to the real owner. Just don't mess up!
Good luck in this!

Are you done with the task?

The wallet was found, and the owner was so happy that he could not even be bothered to thank you. The administrator was definitely excited about the "help" you've been giving. Another task has been fulfilled, and we keep on moving to the shining future. Another day brings us closer to the completion of the Wireframe project.
