Interference in the Lines

We've got a problem, it goes like this:
We were sure we had everything tuned, the automatics launched, but then, a failure of some kind happened again, the schedule is getting thrown off, and we have to amend everything by hand. There's some strange sort of interference in the line, as if someone's tampering with the transmission.
I don't know what the real reason is, so I ask you to learn this and deal with it, {username}, and I have no time to run around − I have work to do!

Have you dismantled the equipment? The secrecy must not suffer!

I was also coopted into the Corps' work, {username}! We are colleagues once again, and I'll give you a little instruction briefing so that you understand the disposition better...
Something very alarming, to put it mildly, is happening!
