Dance around the small bonfire and gain access to the total sparklet reserve; talk to Chia the Sparklet about Fiery Dancing and to Chai-Ka the Soaring about water lanterns.

Introduction
Quarr! To find out what you can do during the summer festival, you must see everything for yourself. I'll tell you where to go and what to look for.
Go to the small bonfire and dance there. Then you'll become a part of the holiday and earn sparklets.
Then talk to Chia the Sparklet. She will tell you everything about this dance.
Another activity is launching water lanterns. Visit Chai-Ka, she'll explain everything. There's a reward for that, too.
Then come back here. Don't dawdle! July might seem long, but it will be over in a blink!
