Messengers

There's a... Well, you got a letter. You must be someone important if those big shots send you letters.
And then... Cosmos is right over there. But I don't mind running errands - he saved my life, after all. With your help, of course.
Anyway, I'm gonna read it now:
"Hello, Stormbringer!
After your trip to the past, I sent my official representative to the Imperial Committee with an ultimatum - either they stop the unnecessary military action against their neighbors, or I will raze their state to the ground and leave no memory of it in this world’s history. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the League in a similar manner.
Over the next year, I archived certain progress in terms of establishing rapport with the leaders of your states. They are ready to listen. And do what is necessary.
Truly, we have achieved quite a lot. I used the Empire's technical power and the League's resources to prepare for the war. And the hour has come. I have received the news I've been waiting for. Come see me. I'll show you everything."
He put it beautifully. So he bullied both the League and the Empire into playing nice. There's definitely some kind of savage power in him. Well, then... Run along now, it's not far.

Go now, and I'll wait here.

You're right on time, Stormbringer.
