You will not hear me say the word "salt". I am here on a special mission that has nothing to do with local affairs. You were recommended to me by a trustworthy friend of the Council, and I was told to contact you if I needed some help.

I am busy carrying out some observations here and I can't afford to leave my post. However, I really need some Astral Amber. You can find many lumps of it along the shore - it grows there in abundance.

I expect that you've had enough dealings with the City Council to know that there are some situations when you ask no questions. Just do what you're told and do it well. If the need arises, I shall tell you what the amber is for.
