Decapitate the Enemy!

The best way to break the enemy's morale is to get rid of their leader. Most soldiers are mindless buffoons, and without the commanding words of their superiors they flounder and flee in terror.

Recently the League sent a centurion to their outpost on the Zosim Coast. His name is Stanislav Kubarev, and he is apparently one of their most seasoned warriors. They say that he has taken out an entire Imperial platoon by himself. Pah!

I think it is time to dispel these unfounded rumors. Head on over to that camp and take care of him personally. Then the League's emissary will get a very poor welcome indeed, if he makes it here at all!
