Story
Happy New Year to you! Are you having a good time? Excellent! I'm from the New Year Council and it's my job to make sure that people have fun and feel the New Year coming! We've been busy organizing a ton of events and distributing holiday goodies every day.
You can help me a bit, you know.
We are setting up a huge dancing event! To get everybody involved, I arranged Merry Dancers all around Novograd: on the Main Square, in the Trade District, in the Elven and Gibberling Districts. Will you walk around the neighborhood and check if everybody is dancing alright. Let me know, if anyone fails to dance!
