Sabotage

The new order received via Astralophone says:

Urgent message to all armies of the Overlords and their allies!

Cultists found the way to transport reinforcements to the Twilight Isle through Demonic Portals. If we don't stop them, the whole campaign to capture the Twilight Isle may be at risk.

Seeker of Truth, you are entrusted with an important mission. There are Demonic Portals in the ruins on the Isle. Cultists need to keep them open to deliver reinforcements. If you interrupt the process and use the Resonator while cultists keep the portal open, it will collapse and everything inside it will be turned to dust.

The task is complicated because the field of an active portal quickly drains life from anyone who is not wearing special protection. You have a couple of seconds to approach the portal and activate the Resonator.

The new message confirms the success of the operation:

Great job! At least 50 demons passing through the portal at the moment of explosion turned into dust.

Unfortunately, we cannot block all portals. But if you keep on destroying their portals sooner or later they will rout and the Cult will be destroyed.
