Introduction
The scroll is affixed with several seals, one depicting a Kanian eagle stands out above the rest. Peeling away part of the scroll reveals its title - "Declaration of the Creation of the League."

Process
I thought that our collection would be as safe as possible in this new Galleon Palace, but it turned out to be quite the opposite...
Completion
The creation of the League was a turning point in the history of Elves. The Elves had never before sought out allies, but the Great Cataclysm brought about a great change and we were forced to change with it. In the year 707 of the New Era, the Orcs and Xadaganians captured the Elven allod of Grokh and it was clear they had no intention of stopping there. At an extraordinary Great Ball it was decided to agree to an alliance with Kania and in 721 the Elves and Kanians finally signed the Declaration and created the League... A truly priceless find!
