Provocation

"Provocation"Taunts all enemies within yards into attacking the Warrior for seconds.
The enemy character deals 50% less damage to everyone but the Warrior.
If the Warrior takes damage that exceeds 20% of their health, this effect will be removed ahead of time.
Using this spell against enemy characters will increase its cooldown to 160 seconds.
