Heavy Doubt

Race ability (Sage)
You cast an enemy's mind in a heavy doubt, slowing down the target and all enemies within a 6-yard radius over 3 seconds until they stop completely. Deals XX damage 6 times while the effect lasts.
When the effect fades, the target and all enemies within a 6-yard area will receive YY damage and will be disoriented for 2 seconds.
If the slowdown effect was lifted, the targets will not receive damage or the disorientation effect.
