"We were able to resolve all the outstanding issues with powering up the Gates-3 and send the first expedition, but the situation is deteriorating. Eladia suggested turning to you for help. Come visit me, and I will grant you access to the project's site in the Desert of the Necromancers so that you can discuss the tasks at hand."
