The Termite War

Alright then, let's start saving the forest.

Our first target is the Cursed Thicket. It's so bad I see it in my nightmares... Horrible things have been going on since the White Knight passed through there. Birds aren't singing, wild berries aren't reaching for the sun, and even large animals are avoiding the place. It's all because the forest termites went on a rampage, taking over everything and fouling things up. We need to save the wilds!

We won't destroy all of the termites, but we need to reduce their numbers. Find the giant termite nest and go down to the very bottom. Kill four workers or soldiers, along with their queen. The folks here call her Babariha. The Cursed Thicket will then have a chance to recover while the termites are raising another queen.

Those termites are resilient creatures. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the only things to survive after the next Great Cataclysm.
