Imperial Payroll

Those poor Gibberlings are working themselves to death! Day and night they infuse the Imperial troops' minds with the truth. Things are coming along, but we can't yet claim any tangible success.

Those poor Imperial soldiers have undergone some serious brainwashing, which makes them hard customers. And it's not only that, recently someone has begun blocking the Gibberlings' mental impressions. It looks like the Empire has a psionicist of their own. We need to know who that is.

So this is what we'll do. There's a courier that travels from the Wild Corner to the Central Imperial Camp on a regular basis carrying a payroll. Now, a mentalist typically collects a special stipend on account of the complexities of his work, which means that his name is probably marked in a separate column! Get me that payroll.
