Long Run

Run to the Refuge exit and back to Sarang Mafoo in the infirmary.

Wonderful. Save for the bruises and scratches, you're healthier than an Octulhu. However, a few more tests will do no harm. How's your heart? Any trouble with it? You'll see things here that'll cause even a healthy one to suffer a stroke. Let's do an electrocardiogram. Put this around your arm and jog to the Refuge exit. You'll also see how things are here.

Go on, run! There and back! And don't try to cheat. It's YOUR heart we're testing, not someone else's.
