"Provocation"Taunts all enemies within 20 yards into attacking the Paladin for 5 seconds. If the targets are enemy characters, they will deal 50% less damage to everyone but the Paladin.
If the Paladin takes damage that exceeds 20% of their health, this effect will be removed ahead of time.
Using this spell against enemy characters will increase its cooldown to 160 seconds.
