Story

Who do you think you are? Do you think that being a Hero of the Empire gives you the right to pass sentences and execute prisoners, especially while they're under investigation?!
Hmm... So, you claim that he attacked you and this was self-defense? Well, perhaps that's true. But this still looks very suspicious. You have an alibi, but you were seen. It seems as though you have nothing to hide, but the only person who could confirm that is dead and gone. Liters? Oh, come on. How many liters would you have to drink to start attacking your own? What does Tep have to do with this? How about Gorluxor - did he set you up? Hah!
The trouble is that, even if you really have been framed, it's no help to us. I believe you, as you are an honored Hero of the Empire and all, but aviaks don't exactly read our newspapers. The way they see it is simple - a wingless foreigner went and killed their commander for no reason. They are scared of us now. Not to mention the invasion which can happen any day!
Listen, let's do this. I will leave Harpoon's death on your conscience. We'll write it off as a war casualty. But you'll have to sort out the consequences anyway. You must regain the aviaks' trust, or we will lose this campaign before even the first battle is fought.

In progress

Aviaks would do anything for their commander. They won't forgive his death so easily. Even if he's already been resurrected.

Completion

Shorr's Deputy has flown by just now with an invitation to have a drink of firewater with the commander and discuss the plan of attack. Nice work!
